My name is Catherine, and I am the founder of CRCR Medical Credentials. I created this company with a simple mission: to help healthcare providers navigate the credentialing and billing process with confidence and ease.

After earning my Master’s degree in Public Health, I found myself at a crossroads. I knew I wanted to build a career in healthcare, but despite years of education and dedication, I repeatedly encountered the same obstacle: employers wanted experience that I didn’t yet have the opportunity to gain.

After countless applications, interviews, and rejections, I began exploring alternative paths within the healthcare industry. A family friend introduced me to the world of medical credentialing and connected me with someone who helped me better understand the profession and its impact on healthcare organizations.
As I learned more about the credentialing process, I realized there was a growing need for knowledgeable and reliable support in this area. It was during this time that my mother encouraged me to take a leap of faith and build something of my own. What began as a challenging period of uncertainty ultimately became the inspiration for CRCR Medical Credentials.

Today, my goal is to help healthcare providers navigate credentialing, enrollment, and administrative processes with confidence so they can focus on delivering quality patient care.
